My day at the Trunk Show.

Well I managed to finish two hats today. My needles were just flying and I was loving it.

I guess thats what happens when you are busy talking and not being distracted by a phone.

New week, same goals.

IT’S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE RIBFEST!!

Looking to really finish this blanket by Thursday so I can drop it off at the shop and have one less thing to worry about during Ribfest. This week is a crazy one with work “knitting and advertising” and helping with set up and working at Ribfest.

I love being an Optimist and this week is going to be a blast.

Rainy Sunday.

When it rains in Cornwall, the Crazy Knitter nests. I am working from my room today while watching Netflix. I am hoping I have this blanket done by Thursday so I can place it in the shop.

Thursday is also the start of Ribfest. I will be very busy helping Cornwall’s premier festival. I will be elbow deep in rib sauce and water bottles (I will also be helping at the JOI water tent).

So I must now put my phone down and get back to my needles so i can finish this blanket in time.

Short week ahead.

Well yesterday was a holiday here, so that means almost no work done, so that means double time these next four days. On top of knitting every chance I will have, I have many hours of volunteering on the schedule. This week I need to build the inventory of dishcloths and exfoliating washcloths for summer shows.

Well back to the needles.

Hello!

I am in the process of getting information and contact to donate my awesome hats 🙂

I feel like I need to give back to the community because I have the means to. I might not be rich but I am rich in knowledge and I feel this knowledge can keep children warm.

Trying to find a reputable organization to work with in my city and it’s begin to get me discouraged. I know lots of places that could use the donations but not sure which one is already getting help from others in the community.
